All you need:
- 13.5 g (1 ½ tbsp) Fish & Seafood Seasoning (included)
- 900 g (2 lbs) large shrimp, with or without shells, cleaned
- 250 ml (1 cup) beer or cider vinegar
- 250 ml (1 cup) water
- 42 g (3 tbsp) butter
All you do:
Combine seasoning, water, butter, and beer or vinegar in a large pot. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling add shrimp, stir and cover. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stir, cover and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until all the shrimp are pink and cooked all the way through. Serve hot with cocktail sauce for dipping. These will be a little messy, but well worth it! If using peeled shrimp, they can be chilled and served as a delicious shrimp cocktail.
